Working as a real estate agent is never easy, and Blake is certainly struggling. The bodacious blonde has to sell one place today or else, so she is desperate to find a client willing to make a down payment. Lucky for her, Jonathan walks in and might be interested in a good deal, but he needs some extra convincing, so Blake will have to show him some skills that do not necessarily come from selling houses.
